 Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize.

 

 Selections-selections all -copy and paste paper1 into selection.deselect.

Check placement of elements to liking.

 Add dropshadows where needed.

  Merge visible-sharpen.

New raster-flood fill with #34b75f-selections-selections all-

Selections modify contract 3-delete-deselect.

Add some noise.

 Merge visible-sharpen.

 

you should have something like this.

 Add ©- lic # and name.and/or word art.

Merge-flatten.

Save as JPEG or PNG
