into selection-deselect.

add dropshadows
arrange to look like tag.
Close bk and paper layers-merge visible
resize all layers to your liking-sharpen.
Open bk and paper layer-Apply mask to paper layer-merge group.
merge paper and tag layers.
close or delete bk layer.
Add ©- lic # and name
Save as PNG.
