Kit of choice.  Font of choice. 

Filter - EyeCandy2000-Gradient Glow

 Let’s get started!

Open a 851 x 315 canvas we will be making a facebook cover  

 

 Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize

Copy and paste paper 3-as new layer-move around till happy.

35-75

16-75

47-No resize

16-75-mirror-duplicate this layer

add gradient glow with these settings then 

blend mode-Soft Light

23-No resize-mirror

16-25-Duplicate and mirror

19-25

Copy and paste tube-resize 15%

24-45

78-No resize

10-30

32-25

Add dropshadows where needed.

 Merge visible-sharpen.

 

Add a 3 pixel frame in black then add gradient glow to frame layer

with these settings

 Merge visible-sharpen. 

 Add ©- lic # and name.

Merge-flatten.

Save as JPEG
