What you will need

 Tube of choice.
Kit of choice. 

Font of choice-I used " Scriptina Pro"

Filter used-Xenofex2-Burnt Edges

 

Let’s get started!

Open a 800 x 800 canvas

  Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize.

 

Copy and paste paper2 as new layer-duplicate and mirror

this layer move left to match tag-Blend erase

the edge to blend with the original paper.

Merge down-this is your bk layer and where you apply the 

filter.

copy and paste tube-resize 60% mirror.

Activate bk layer apply filter with these settings

 

Activate layer 54-90-lower opacity to see bk

blend erase to match tag.

Check placement of elements to liking.

 Add dropshadows where needed.

 
Merge visible-sharpen.

 

Resize to liking.

Merge visible-sharpen.

 

Add ©- lic # and name.

Save as PNG
