 Copy and paste elements as follows, I have put the % of resize

Flood fill layer 1 with White.

New raster-select all paste paper 14 into selection-deselect. 

30-No resize-Duplicate and mirror.

25-No resize blend erase to match tag.

18-No resize -blend erase to match tag.

Copy and paste tube -resize 15%-Duplicate mirror

blend mode-screen.

Add dropshadows where needed

Add 3 pixel frame

this is your frame layer.

Merge visible-sharpen.

Add ©- lic # and name.

Merge visible
